Vaccinium Darrowii Evergreen Blueberry. Native dwarf evergreen blueberry shrub with ornamental foliage and small but edible berries. Blue/green summer foliage turns a brilliant red in fall, remaining vibrantly red all winter. Showy blooms in early spring develop into berries which are small but tasty, providing food for wildlife. Songbirds love them! Requires well-drained, acidic soil and full sun. Mature Size: 1-4 feet. Hardiness: USDA Zones 8-10.
